Notarial services providers

Susanne Lang, Mirko Sprengnether, Jürgen Wiegand, and Julia Wissig have also been appointed as notaries by the Court of Appeals of Frankfurt am Main and thus provide services as both lawyers and notaries. They provide all notarial services personally as officers of the court. The partnership is authorized to bill fees and to accept payments.

The notaries Sprengnether and Wiegand have their registered office in Bad Vilbel. The notaries Wissig and Lang have their registered office in Frankfurt am Main.

Professional liability insurance

The partnership carries professional liability insurance in compliance with the requirements of Sec. 8 (4) of the German Act on Professional Partnerships (PartGG) in conjunction with Sec. 51a of the Federal Lawyers Code (BRAO). The liability limit is at least € 2,500,00.00 per insured event. The annual liability limit is in conformity with the legal minimum requirements for German partnerships of professionals with limited professional liability set forth in the aforementioned German laws. The insurance carrier is Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherungs AG, the insurance policy number 36.681.553081.

Susanne Lang, Jürgen Wiegand, and Julia Wissig each carry professional liability insurance for their notarial services with Allianz Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft, Königinstraße 28, 80802 Munich.

Mirko Sprengnether carries professional liability insurance for his notarial services with Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherungs AG.

The geographic scope of the above professional liability insurance covers legal advice rendered in Germany, member states of the European Union, or anywhere else in the world, in the amount of the minimum liability limit required by law.
